Indeed it does. :-) We here in northern Germany have one of the biggest areas to produce apples, called "Altes Land" (old countryside): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altes_Land
There the producers have their farm called "Herzapfelhof" (heart-apples-farm) where they produce many of these kind of apples: www.herzapfelhof.de/Herzapfelhof-vor-Ort/Herzaepfel-Logo-Obst (only in german), now by using laser instead of stickers. :)
