Fossil

During a walk along the pebbled beach at Langstone Harbour, Hampshire I found this small pebble with a fossil on it.
I thought it was worth taking home to photograph. Please view large for the best detail.
The PiP shows the same stone next to a measuring tape for scale.

What a brilliant find and well worth keeping. It is many years back now that I last found a fossil. It looks a little like a starfish with a missing leg but.... yes I know!
Well done. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Herb
A pebble with a fossil which looks like an ancient star fish!
Fascinating and as always, very finely photographed!
Enjoy your weekend
Have a great day TOZ
Beautiful image, Keith!
