Agapanthus

Agapanthus
Taken in my front garden........the background is a wooden panel on the wall underneath our kitchen window, to which I've added a blue tint. The Agapanthus is in a large pot and has another 11 heads like this, all coming into flower. The bees love it!

I should learn from your good ideas Keith! I wouldn't have known this was a outside shot! I like the blue tint backdrop as it gives an old fashioned feel. Your Agapanthus has flowered much more successfully than mine this year! A stunning flower to photograph at all stages of its life.

Thanks for your lovely comments Rosa..............I'm really glad you like it. It had to be an outside shot, Jackie would have killed me if I've cut one of the heads off and the pot is too big and heavy to bring inside!

A quiet weekend for us...........we're off to Exmouth next week for 4 days! Won't be seeing the grandchildren this time as they've gone to Snowdonia with their Mum and we're housesitting..!!

Wow,da hast du eine richtige Schönheit einer Pflanze liebe Keith,deine Umsetzung gefällt mir wieder sehr gut und dieses Weiß-Blau in den Blüten ist richtig schön,da haben nicht nur die Insekten eine Freude,denn es ist auch ein erfreulicher Anblick :))
