Guardians of the Bicycle Racks
This street art has been on this wall in Chichester, West Sussex for quite some time. I photographed it three yours ago, but without the bikes in shot (See PiP). I think this version is much better.

Locking the bikes is a sensible thing to do in this country Wilhelm.........no matter who is guarding them :-)
