Da hast du den Gartenbaumläufer sehr gut getroffen, Keith! In diesem ausgezeichneten Foto erkennt man, wie der Vogel senkrecht am Bau hochlaufen kann. Eine Kralle greift entgegengesetzt zu den anderen, so dass er sich gut festklammern kann. Ein super Schuss!

They can run just as fast downwards as well as upwards...........that's the other reason for the rear-facing claw!

Excellent couple of captures Keith, heard one of them high in a local tree last year, took a chance with the pocket point and shoot pointed in the general direction and just managed to get it, not clear, but just to prove it was a Treecreeper. They can move quickly!
