Spanish Bluebell

Spanish Bluebells are regarded as an invasive species in the UK. I have several clumps of them in my lawn which we didn't plant. There numbers seem to increase each year. I'm loath to cut them down because they're so pretty!

I dig up any Spanish bluebells in our garden, Keith. We have woodland about half a mile away, and I don't want our English bluebells 'contaminated'.

Good idea Amelia. We're surrounded by concrete and houses, so I think we'll get away with keeping them :-))

I have some to one side of my garden Keith, and I know how you feel. I contain them to that small area.....but I gotta say, that's a beautiful picture! I love the colours and detail and great framing.

We keep digging them out of the lawn, but you only have to miss a tiny bit.......and their back!
