I'm so glad you enjoyed my avian presentation! And how nice you were for enjoying even my older pictures which are obviously not great in quality. :) They got the job done, but ouch, I do want to replace them!
I'm glad that I put up insets of all the birds as I realized how fun it would be for folks to see what they look like. And you know, the characters of the birds really do end up making you give them names! There are others...Nuthatches are called "Hut-hut" birds because they scurry all over the feeders and remind us of a Blues Brother movie scene when a hoard of SWAT officers come running after our boys and it's just the most ridiculous overuse of force for two people...anyway the SWAT team is constantly going HUT HUT HUT HUT...and I don't know, Nuthatches run all over the place and posture and they're Hut-Hut birds! :D (For a bitt of hilarity: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2quc-iQ96R0 ) (please tell me you've seen this movie AT LEAST several times!)
Hut-hut-hut-hut...
