Former Royal Hotel, Hayling Island.
Now luxury apartments, this grade II listed building was built about 1825 shortly after the first bridge to the island was completed. Part of a grandiose scheme which never came to fruition. During WW1 the hotel was used as a School of Musketry with soldiers from the Empire coming for one week courses.
Nothing special, but it's very rare to see it without cars and people in the way so I couldn't resist taking a picture.
