A gorgeous scene. Works beautifully as a panoramic shot, Karen. Love the ripples on the water and the exquisite colour tones. Yes, I wish I was there :-) An ace musical match for 'Sight and Sound'. I remember that when they first started out they were known as Chicago Transit Authority and I bought their first album on vinyl. I'm sure it was a double album. Don't know if I was daft enough to have sold it or whether it is still in a box in the garage. I will have to check :-)

I've never been there but my son was there for a visit and he also said it was so expensive. He said it was one of the prettiest places he'd been on his trip to Europe.

oh i know those mountains - didn't know you lived that close to that view! i used to go to Seabeck each year for the Fellowship of Reconciliation (FOR) national gathering.

this is a great moment you photographed with the water ripples and the clouds being almost in the same type formation - perfect for panorama.

Thanks, Laura. Wow, it really is a small world sometimes. I was going to do a panorama of the conference grounds but the water looked much prettier. They have some construction going on there right now. The grounds and old houses are pretty neat looking though and I'd like to shoot them one day.
