Japanese Stewartia Bark

Our Japanese Stewartia has a multitude of gifts. In the summer it has the prettiest shaped, bright green leaves and gorgeous white flowers that resemble a gardenia and open in July. Fall brings a brilliant, bright orange and yellow display and in the winter the bare tree makes a lovely setting for the snow to fall upon and some incredible bark as well. It is a truly delightful tree that requires almost no maintenance. I do prune this one though so it doesn't block the picture window.
