The view from my desk

If I turn to my right, I see several plants; one is this Oxalis. I've had it about thirty years, most of that time in my office. When I retired I brought it home. At some point the pot picked up a fragment of my grandmother's Christmas cactus and I haven't removed the little cactus that grew from it. The Oxalis was a gift from a student of mine in the late eighties, though I think she gave me the plant in the early nineties. Details fade and meld together.

I have one of these in the house too. It badly needs repotting, that I keep putting off, but the poor plant is patiently hanging on, waiting for me to find time for its needs ... The brownish tinge of its foliage this time of year is just lovely.
By the way, mine is just like yours -- needing to be repotted. :)
