This ghost sign, newly revealed by the crossrail demolition at Tottenham Court Rd, is very popular on here at the moment.
I wonder how long it has been hidden for?
It's probably a case of snap it while you can as it will probably be hidden again when the area's redeveloped

I have added it to the ghost signs group now. There doesn't seem to be any way of searching the contributions to a group but I don't think it was in there already. I noticed that Tetramesh (who I know from the other place) had added quite a lot of London ones, many of which I also have so I wanted to avoid too many duplicates. Also, I think it's more fun to post a few at a time rather than swamp the pool.
You have a lovely collection of US signs. I haven't had time to fully explore them yet.
I hadn't heard of the Masie Dobbs books but I googled them and they sound rather good so I'm going to look out for them in the library. (Fancy someone from the US putting me on to books based in London!)
