Great rock pool

I like this !

So do I Gracie, it's such a lovely pastime if you're on a beach - but you do need to be nimble and able to bend down or stop slipping on the rocks. Not my time nowadays I'm afraid, still I can at least admire them even if I can't rummage around in them

Sí, las piscinas de roca pueden variar de una a otra en la misma playa. Son fascinantes de ver con todas las pequeñas criaturas marinas, las algas, las anémonas de mar y todas las demás cosas fabulosas.

Rock pools are such favorites. Now I can take pictures of all of the wonderful sea life to be found there, it's such fun!

I absolutely LOVED what you had to say about that woman you knew who was always looking towards the next thing and not appreciating the moment she was in. I recognized that in myself and actually, I do have to remind myself to STOP and BE. I'm getting much better now, it's taken a bit of repair but wow is it nice to just soak up the loveliness of being right here, right now. :) It's too bad about the woman you knew, a shame that we see everywhere. :(

I'll be honest - it has been quite a few years since I last rummaged around a rock pool, and that is purely because I can't get down to the rocks to explore them. I'm so unstable on my feet, that to try and balance on the rocks - it's a no-no. Still I can still remember them, and I get the chance to see them from the relative safety of the quayside!!!
