Appledore quay

The large building at the end (last but one house) was where I used to live, my children were brought there from the hospital when they were born, and many times we would sit on the seats on the quayside with them and just watch the world go by. My parents used to own that whole building, so they were my landlords too!!! They had the shop at the ground level and sometimes I used to work in there to help them out. They used to sell all things from ice-cream to coal, with groceries etc in the middle!!!!
