There, upriver the Douro, was born and lives the hyperbole you used yesterday for "the Taylor" dear Annemarie, I live by the Tejo...you can see the name on top of that PIP mountain .

You are making me feel to move to Portugal as a new land of mine.. and not only because they say it's a sort o tax heaven for retired people;-)
I feel it would be a sort of renaissance, in so many ways .
But, two little girls of 7 and 5, living in Rome, are so egoistically- ;-)keeping me so close to Italy.
Nonetheless , More and more we're determined to visit your magnificent land, and not only as tourists, but as real travellers.
