... "Eigentum verpflichtet" - was aber, wenn sich die Eigentümer in die Karibik zurückziehen und sich einen Sch... ums Eigentum kümmern ?
.... dann muß aus unser aller Steuergeldern ein Notzaun ums Gelände gezogen werden, um weiteren Vandalismus zu verhindern und ahnungslose Spaziergänger vor herabfallenden Fassadenteilen zu schützen ...

...man kann ja nicht dauernd mit dem Grundgesetz unterm Arm rumlaufen. Leider fällt dem Rechtsstaat offenbar auch hier nichts ein ...(außer dem gammeligen Notzaun)
