I also tried to find the answer to your question, but so far no luck. I really don't know what famous(?)statue this is in your picture. But I found very funny examples around the world when browsing through Google image search results. Maybe I should start some of those traditions in the local park, like starting to rub some statues nose on daily bases...

ich hatte vorhin bei den Brunnen erstmal aufgehört, nachdem ich alle Statuen die ich finden konnte in berlin durchgesucht hatte... dumm gelaufen, aber vielleicht hätte ich es auch nicht entdeckt

Ja, ich weiß, das Rätsel war gemein. Konnte eigentlich niemand lösen, der nicht zufällig schon mal da war und den Fuß selbst betatscht hat.
Deshalb hab`ich das Nasenbild nachgeschoben .... das Weiße im Hintergrund ist der Fernsehturm.
