I'm so sorry, but for me there's just way too much halo effect around edges. That's something I just can't digest. I hope you forgive me this rather open feedback, and hope it helps us all to try harder.

It was the first shooting I had, with Photomatix.
Made it and don't liked it... meanwhile I saw a lot of fantastic HDR in net.

Think, the best HDR is one, you cannot see the HDR ....... ;-)))

Damn! Bad news... I hope you at least manage to use your TZ31 long enough to be satisfied. Canon G12 was somewhat disappointing, giving up only after two years. Although, I did treat it rather harshly.

No problem, it still works a bit - GPS is o.k. , but a lot of sand is inside.
All photos I do with it are looking like sand storm .... some days like Sepia.
It's a special problem of mine: looking for a motief, forgetting the world around .....
A half dozen of holes on my all ways I felt in ...... photographers risk ....don't worry ... I'm still jumping

interesting combination and juxtaposition of stuff, comes across as quite surreal, looks like dino is really annoyed someone's stuck that smoking chimney under him.

Such a funny and well composed shot that by its surreal nature makes it perfect for HDR. And yes you can see the halo effect, but due to the subject matter I don't think that really matters! :)
