The bridge which was built between 1792 and 1793 has been colonised by fairy foxgloves (Erinus alpinus).

Those "wall flowers" look absolutely beautiful against the textured stones of the bridge wall Roger. The view over the top is glorious. I like the look of the house on the left.......what a lovely place to live. As always, your photos are best viewed large.........good to see the canoes and the white upturned boat!

The waterway is the Atlantic and the ground on the left with the house is the Isle of Seil.!
It would, I suspect take many Scottish Pounds to that one !
