Across the Trunk. 1 Pip

A mid May view across the A82 trunk road on Rannoch Moor, with snow still on the Northern faces of the 1098 metres (3602 feet) high Clach Leathad,
The Pip is the view immediately behind me, which consists of Loch Ba and Rannoch Moor.
A warm and sunny day with no breeze which is unusual in this area,
I find a large view quite rewarding,
Wish you a nice Friday and a great weekend.

The colours in the landscape are a really beautiful mix of earthy green and browns, with a lovely blue sky to top it all off.
The last time I drove along that road most of Rannoch Moor was completely frozen:

I'm pleased you like both images and the weather was not bad for May !
Our winter weather has been limited to sitting through a long and torrential thunderstorm when the rain prevented driving,
Roger (Grisly) club has replied to Alan Drury clubApart from a COVID year we have up once or twice a year since 2007
