Rannoch Moor
Across the Trunk. 1 Pip
A mid May view across the A82 trunk road on Rannoch Moor, with snow still on the Northern faces of the 1098 metres (3602 feet) high Clach Leathad,
The Pip is the view immediately behind me, which consists of Loch Ba and Rannoch Moor.
A warm and sunny day with no breeze which is unusual in this area,
I find a large view quite rewarding,
Wish you a nice Friday and a great weekend.

Clouds.
Light clouds dance around "Beinn Dorain" 1076m, A Monroe in the Bridge of Orchy Hills,
A Monroe is a mountain in Scotland with a height over 3,000 feet (914.4 m),
The line that runs along the bottom of this conical peak is the A82 trunk Road,
A large view is in my view beneficial !.
Private Fishing
The River Orchy rises in the Black Mount Forest, then flows through Loch Tulla and Glen Orchy before reaching Loch Awe which is a west coast sea loch,
The high point in the background is Mam Carraigh (361 m),
The image also has signs of logging, however this industry supports 30,000 jobs annually and is worth £771 million per year with many areas replanted using native species!
Out on appointments for much of the day, will catch up on my return, HFF and a good weekend.
A large view possibly works best!

Across the Loch!
A sight familiar to those who travel the A82 trunk road, (left of image) the image shows Loch Tulla, the River Orchy, and the Monroe's of Biennan Dothaidh (1004m) and Beinn Dorain (1076m) taken from the Loch Tulla Viewpoint.(56.5679,-4.7539)
HFF and a great weekend,,,,,,, Large view recommended.!
Loch Ba,
A view across a corner of Loch Ba and the 50 square mile Rannoch Moor on a mild May morning. The high point in the distance is Stob Na Cruaiche 2425 feet (ca. 739 m)
This was at the heart of the last significant ice field in the UK at the end of the last ice age.
A large view is strongly recommended
