The intersection of College Street and University Avenue in Toronto.

I believe that when this photo was taken the building was known as the Ontario Power Generation building (1976, Gordon S. Adamson, Kenneth R. Cooper). It's now the Intact Centre, although OPG still has its headquarters there. But then Intact does, too, and it's the bigger company.

Thanks, Bob. University Ave. is a boulevard, so that adds lights to the intersection. There are also lights for the streetcars that aren't shown here.
