One conclusion I have, Dinesh, is that this needs to be watched over and over. I've only watched it twice but each viewing had different effects. I'm not a fan of Philip Glass's music, but his score struck me as very effective the second time around (the first time around it struck me as hackneyed, but that may have been Glass.s intention -- using classic movie music tropes to help the audience absorb the images more quickly). The film-makers wanted to avoid messages and political content, a goal I aspire to, and they succeeded as well as you can, I think, The piece is an experience rather than propaganda, I suspect that if they were making this today they would shorten some of the scenes -- we want action today. I intend to keep watching \this, though, and my\ay have firmer conclusions later. Thanks for introducing me to this.
