Interesting contrasts of those 'on a mission' and those 'at rest'. Re the NGNG, there's a similar one in Sydney and recently a few people have managed to detach themselves.....

Thanks, George. No one's broken free here, as far as I know. When the tower was building, though, one of the construction workers parachuted from 450 metres. And survived, despite having to navigate past high-tension wires. Since then the only parachuting has been by approved stuntpeople.

I get the impression that the man in the foreground is more interested in the legs of the lady in the short shorts rather than anything else!

Since the fellow in the foreground is only just entering the frame I expect the photographer's interest may have been somewhere else, too. Seriously, an attractive young woman wearing orange is always going to be the focus of the picture, especially when she is striding purposefully past a bunch of stationary people.

Also seriously, I also realized I may have been influenced by Canadian painter Michael Snow's "Walking Woman" series:
