A collage of vidcaps from Racekatten's two-day show in Køge last weekend. On both days Bastian won Best In Show for Housecats (mixed breeds). The judges Britta Busse on Saturday and Veikko Saarela on Sunday fell for his good looks and charming personality. Bastian now has 4 BIS wins in 5 international FIFé shows - pretty impressive career for a cat, who started last year at the age of 5½... A collage of vidcaps from Racekatten's two-day show in Køge last weekend. Caithlin won her CAPS certificates and was nominated for the stage show on both days - Saturday by Jørgen Billing and Sunday by Glen Sjöbom. On Saturday she came second on stage to a wonderful Devon Rex, but Sunday she won her 8th Best in Show (Group IV neuter female). This weekend Bastian and Caithlin has been to Racekatten's two-day show in Køge, Denmark - and both has done extremely well. On both days Bastian won Best In Show for Housecats (mixed breeds). Home again after the Sunday show, Bastian was so tired he could only jump into the lower cave of the scratch barrel. Rags soon joined him - and Caithlin had to see what this was all about... On Sunday the boys went to a hobby show arranged by the shelter "Min Ven Katten" in Odense. Both enjoyed being admired and cuddled by the audience, although by the end of the day they needed a nap. But the cuddling had paid off - Rags won a 3rd prize in the audience vote for sweetest cat... On Sunday the boys went to a hobby show arranged by the shelter "Min Ven Katten" in Odense. Rags is a very experienced showcat, but this was only Bastian's 4th time. Still he did extremely well and won many hearts with his kind personality. The mixed breed field was very strong, but Bastian won one of the four nominations for the final stage shows. On Sunday the boys went to a hobby show arranged by the shelter "Min Ven Katten" in Odense. At the stage show Bastian received much praise from the judges, but only came second. The deserved winner was a beautiful tortie (calico) girl. No hard feelings for that - a Hobby Show is not as serious as a "real" cat show and it's just wonderful seeing the joy when a cat keeper wins for the very first time.
