Sie soll mit dem Namen des Flugpioniers Rudolf von Thüna auf dem Rumpf an die Maschine mit dem Kennzeichen D-ANOY erinnern, welcher 1936 der spaktakuläre Flug von Deutschland nach China über das Pamir-Gebirge gelang.
