Vaison-la-Romain Römerbrücke
Die mittelalterliche Oberstadt von Vaison-la-Romaine wurde durch die Umsiedlung der Bewohner im 19. Jh. dem Verfall überlassen. Viele Wohnhäuser, Plätze und Brunnen sind inzwischen wieder renoviert worden. Die 17m große Brücke über den Fluss Ouvèze spielte früher eine wichtige strategische Rolle, weil sie die einzige Querung über den Fluss war. Sie ist auch heute noch eine der seltenen antiken Brücken, die in Betrieb ist.
