Chesterfield Canal: Drakehouse to Wiseton walk, 28th May 2015.

The Chesterfield Canal basin and tunnel at Drakeholes, Nottinghamshire.

It was a beautiful late spring day and the hawthorn bushes were laden with rich, fragrant May blossom.
The footpath which follows the canal towpath is the 'Cuckoo Way'.
