Tumbamote( Yunza), in Hualhuas in 1968

Tumbamonte is also called Cortamonte...All those that dance around the "monte"the tree, get a chance to cut it down. The one that "tumba" cuts down the tree is the "mayordomo" the sponsor , of next year's tumbamonte
