Plan to fix the Big Gaping Hole in the wall (from when they replaced the old electrical panel - which had a failure mode which occaisionally set the house on fire instead of tripping the circuit breaker - with a new, non-splodey one): top half will be hinged, and open flat against the side wall, bottom half will also be removable in case I ever need to access the wires coming down from the bottom of the panel, but I expect it'll pretty much always stay closed... (Door will be labelled, and I'll put a note describing the location on the inside of the cover to the main electrical panel (on the outside of the house)
