First attempt at macarons: really happy with the way they turned out, except I suck at the pastry bag thing - even using a template, they all came out different sizes, and several of them stuck together catastrophically. (i have a new template, with fewer circles and more negative space, for the next round... ;) )

ça semble bien partit en effet !!
J'ai un peu galéré aussi à les confectionner, mais à force de persévérance, à présent j'y arrive !
et du coup, je m'amuse à les prendre en photo ;-)

That's the most important part, isn't it? ;) I haven't made any in a while - or baked in general. I may have to fix that.... ;)
