Air Fete weekend bus timetable - 24 May 1995 (266-19)

For a number of years over the late Spring Bank Holiday (UK)/Memorial Day (USA) weekend (the last weekend in May) the Mildenhall Air Fete was staged at RAF Mildenhall. Such was the popularity of the event that diversions were put in place to aid traffic flows. This in itself disrupted regular bus services around the locality.

This temporary display was put in place in Station Road, Barton Mills by Suffolk County Council showing the timetable and arrangements for the Ipswich-Ely service 156 which operated on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. Since the Air Fete was held on the Saturday and Sunday the bus details shown here only applied on just the Sunday.
