Sehr schön, wie im Frühling! Auch bei uns in Norddeutschland spielt die Natur verrückt. Im Garten schauen die Frühjahrsblumen schon 10 bis 20 cm aus dem Boden. Und jetzt haben wir Frost, heute Morgen -7 ° C. Ob das gut geht?

You are right. Point is many people don't know that Algarve, Baixo Alentejo and South Andalucia are +/- same latitude than North Tunisia and therefore don't understand our vegetation cycle is so different than the rest of Europe's

This is really interesting, Isabel, I wasn't aware of that.
On the other hand, it depends of the climate, Gulf Stream or whatever, because Laval (where I took this photo) is situated on latitude 48°, and for example Newfoundland in Canada, also on latitude 48° is a subarctic zone with subarctic temperatures.
