I appreciate your generous comments very much Rosa, but I fear you exaggerate the quality of my images. As I type this I can see the July page of the Countryfile Calandar on the wall, the photograph on it reminds me of my photographic limitations, but I thank you for your compliment.

Someone from here (& Panoramio) had a picture accepted a few years ago and got to front page. I have a feeling too many professional photographers have got in on the act now, but we are always critical of ourselves. Cheers, Rosa.

There are very many excellent photographers using the this platform and I have no doubt that many of their images are well worthy of publication. I never feel confident enough to submit any of mine, perhaps I fear rejection;-)) It is true that most of us are too critical of ourselves, I know I am never 100% happy with anything I post. But hey ho, nothing in life is perfect!
