Pariyatti Sasana University Mandalay

Some universities in Myanmar are solely for studying monks. (I mean for monks who are studying, not for people who want to study monks.) This looked to be one of them. The grounds and buildings were quite beautiful. I'm pretty sure we read that the senior monks here are known to be active in political reform.
