Victor leitet diese Unterabteilung der Fabrik und der Herr Direktor lässt ihm da ziemlich freie Hand. Oder besser gesagt, mit der Zeit hat es sich so ergeben, dass Victor macht, was er will und der Direktor hat Angst, auch nur einen Fuß in diesen Teil seiner Fabrik zu setzen.
