Picture composed of 16 individual shots. Otherwise, I would not have been able to take a complete picture of the cathedral, which is almost 170 m high, from the short shooting distance. Abudefduf is a genus of damselfish (Pomacentridae). Its name comes from the Arabic. In English they are called "sergeant major" (as much as sergeant major) because of the many stripes. I'm off to the Valais (Switzerland) today to climb some 4,000-metre peaks together with my wife. There we will see whether the intensive training of the last weeks was sufficiently. (The chart is based on recordings with a Suunto sports watch. It shows the training load (red) and the resulting fitness (grey).)
