Private Apple Processing Cooperative


Fruit press of an allotment gardeners' cooperative in the Tyrolean Lowlands (Austria). The members process the fruit of their old apple trees into apple juice. Last year 210 tons of apples were processed into delicious organic apple juice. Photo: The apples of my parents-in-law.
