1991 VW Polo GT Coupe - H161 WRC

I stumbled across this neat little Polo whilst out cycling earlier this year. Of all the shots I took, this is the only one I've gotten around to sorting so far. It was intended for The Sunday Challenge when the theme was low point of view, but like the old bus I posted a couple of days ago it was never entered.

The Mk2 Polo was produced from late 1981 until 1994. It received a major facelift in 1990 and was available in three different bodystyles, including the coupé version seen here.

The car was parked on a slight slope so that helped me somewhat to get the POV that I was looking for Norm, but even so it was hands on the tarmac again time as it was with the old bus earlier in the week! :)

Lying on the ground? No, not quite Wendi ... hands on the tarmac. That's about as low as I go ... any more and I probably wouldn't be able to get up again! ;)
