Also, over here many people consider it to be an unlucky colour for a car. Not sure if the same superstition applies over there?

I am not sure about green being bad luck! But I would pay more money for the car beside it if it were NOT green.

yep, hubby gets the visa bill... for better for worse, for richer and poorer.... and I am poorer than him! how's that?? (and he really doesn't pay the visa bill) he does buy my vehicles though, I usually don't get too much of a choice (he really is a mechanic so he has to work on it) and he knows I hate green..
back in the spring we decided to retire my old decrepit vehicle.. ha says, "so what do you want?" me: "I don't care as long as it's good on gas, standard and 4 doors and not really low." "oh wait, NOT blue, not that beigey baby~shite colour that every single other car in the parking lots are, not a dark colour cause I am colour blind and dark blue, brown, black, grey all look the same to me, and they are too hard to keep clean... oh and not silver definitely NOT green, how about red this time?" So he laughs at me and says "well that narrows it down!"
You see there was this saaaweet brand new orange car at the Toyota dealership I wanted.. I got a gently used dark grey Rav 4, it fit almost everything I wanted, it's standard, it's not low, it has 5 doors, and it got the power to get up the hills here! So 4 outta 5 ain't too bad I figure. I am always at the car wash!

At least it should help keep you out of mischief or maybe I should say it will keep you out of more mischief!
