The Ford Capri 280 was perhaps the ultimate Capri and is much sought after today.

When you see one this good you can understand why and that's before you've even got behind the steering wheel.

Thanks Norm, for the comment and the link. Have to say though that's that's actually a Mk2 they've got for sale. Quite a few differences to the Mk1, but I guess the most obvious is the absence of the distinctive swage line along the side of the car.

Not normally that keen on the Mk2, but I do like the one they've got for sale, probably because the light set up is different to what I've seen on the UK models.

I can't say that I ever saw any other than the first generation cars here. The Hemmings listing is the first of that series I've seen. You could get the Mustang II with the V-6 and I think most people went that direction here.
