Chrsitliches Andenken an den Jüngling
Mich Baumgartner, Bauernsohn beim Hörsch
welcher am 27.7.1917 im Alter von 34 Jahren
durch einen tragischen Jagdunfall ums Leben kam.

Freudig zog ich auf die Pirsch
auf den Hasen, Reh und Hirsch.
Hinter mir und ungefragt
ging der Tod mit auf die Jagd.
Eigner Bruder unbewußt
mir die Kugel schießne mußt
ihm zerschmettert sie die Hand
mir hat sie das Herz verbrannt.
