48 Bolivia: Stop Over at Santa Cruz

An internal stop for Bolivia, we had to disembark, go through emigration, and get back on the plane. However, the new boarding passes were confusedly issued, and re-entering the plane we found people already in the seats. It became a "sit where you can find a seat" operation.
