PPL ELECTRIC's Brown Fiberglass Cross Arms

PPL uses several different contractors for it's line work and the contractors do differ on what they use for cross arms. PPL crew will predominately use braces on wooden arms while Hinkles and McKoy will use clamped fiberglass arms. Other contractors will use a combination of the two.
