New PPL Electric Poles& Arms: FOGLESVILLE

PPL uses several different contractors for it's line work and the contractors do differ on what they use for deadends. PPL crew will predominately use braces while Hinkles and McKoy will use clamped arms. Other contractors will use a combination of the two.
