Lucky you! That's not a friendly look.
I understand that many consider the buffalo the most dangerous animal in Africa.
Of course, as has also been pointed out,most human deaths in Africa are caused by the tiny mosquito and by human beings themselves.

And if you just want to consider large animals other than humans, a number of sources claim that the hippo causes the most human deaths in Africa. Enough on a dismal subject, I think.
