Mary is one of the three sisters of Harriet (Spours) Rae. She is the only child to be buried with her parents.

At the very beginning of the First World War. The Spours connection is probably with the young lady in white apron to the left who I think is Mary Elizabeth Spours. We know she was 'in service' in 1911 and I think this may be the staff of her workplace -- a stately home, a hotel or even Alnwick Castle
