Die Drachenbaum-Agave (Agave attenuata) ist eine Pflanzenart der Gattung Agaven (Agave) in der Unterfamilie der Agavengewächse (Agavoideae). Aufgrund der Form ihres Blütenstandes ist sie auch unter der Bezeichnung Schwanenhals-Agave bekannt.
Nach vielen Jahren entwickelt sich der oft gebogene Blütenstand, der bis zu 3,5 Meter hoch wird und dichtstehende, grünlichgelbe Blüten trägt.
