St. Jakobi ist die Seefahrerkirche der Hansestadt Lübeck. Sie beherbergt die Gedenkstätte für den 1957 gesunkenen Großsegler Pamir mit dem beschädigten hölzernen Rettungsboot 2. Von 86 Mann Besatzung überlebten nur 6, die meisten der Toten waren Kadetten zwischen 16 und 18 Jahren.
St. Jakobi in Lübeck is the Hanse town's seaman's church. It houses the Pamir memorial with the damaged wooden lifeboat Nr.2. The Pamir was a 4 mast barque which sank in 1957 off the Azores. Only 6 of the 86 crew survived, most of the dead were 16-18 year old cadets.
