Grundarfjörður is a small fishing town (less than 900 inhabitants) on the north coast of Snæfellsnes peninsula. This photo of the harbour was taken on a rainy and windy evening- the waterfall in the background was blown upwards.

Grundarfjörður ist ein an der Nordküste der Snæfellsnes- Halbinsel gelegener Fischerort mit knapp 900 Einwohnern. Das Foto ist an einem regnerischen und stürmischen Abend aufgenommen, den Wasserfall im Hintergrund hat es bergauf geweht.

Besten Dank, Ulrich! Das sind richtige Arbeitsschiffe, die Fischfabrik ist gleich in der Nähe und unser Hotel war mal ein Seemannsheim:-)
